CHEYENNE AND ARAPAHO SOLDIERS

The following list of soldiers are Cheyenne and Arapaho Warriors for the United States Military. The Warriors of old are not gone, they have just changed their arena and tactics. These modern Warriors fight just a fearlessly with tanks, planes, howitzers and M1 rifles. Instead of spears, bow and arrow , they have assault rifles, howitzers, tanks and missiles. Instead of horses, they fly like the eagle with speeds faster than sound and use missles that spot and aim at their own targets. They are the honored dead.

With thanks to Barbara Clayton, a member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes, this is the beginning of the list of military men and women from these two great Nations. These soldiers lie in the Kingfisher, OK Cemetery.
