CUT NOSE
Cut Nose was a major leader among the Arapahoes. On April 26, 1867, a council was held with the Arapahoe chiefs under Little Raven, Yellow Bear, Cut Nose, and Big Belly, at Fort Dodge with General Hancock who made a speech begging them to cultivate feelings of amity and friendship towards the whites.
