CIVIL WAR PRINCES
During the Civil War, there were Princes on both sides of the War. Some fought
with the Union, others fought with the Confederacy. As we find those soldiers
they will be listed on this page. All the SURNAMES are Prince. They are listed
with rank, and units under the states they served from. Records are available
from the State Archives for the Confederacy, and the National Archives for the
Union. The Southern States issued pensions for their state even though the veteran
may have served the Confederacy from another state. This is noted where applicable.
